Anyone please tell me which hotels should I go for??!!! I am having a hard time to decide, please help. I suppose they are in safe and good area right>?? Open to other suggestions as well.

4) Faria Lima Flat in Itaim Bibi

again.... I'm not trying to fish visitors but if you go to my São Paulo Hotel tip page you'll find inumerous links for a whole bunch of popular hotels in so called good areas. Mercure in Jardins is probably excellent , I also recommend Meliá Jardim Europa , closer to Ave. Paulista there's the International Plaza , L'Hotel or Maksoud Plaz. There's a brand new Marriott Long Stay hotel but they will let you stay one night too if you wish ( sorry , I have no adress or phone , I would check Marriott.com or Marriott.com.br) , this hotel is close to Ibirapuera Park , just as Unique... Unique is out of this world but expensive. There's also Sofitel , a very nice Accor boutique hotel ( Accor is the same group as Mercure , Ibis , Novotel and Formule 1 ).

Tyrp is the name of a hotel chain. It if found all over Cuba, and Mexico
Never heard of it , so what do you do...? You google and BINGO : Tryp is some weird , unexplainable codification for Meliá hotels which makes everyhing so much clearer.... Many Meliás in São Paulo , being , IMHO , Meliá Jardim Europa the best.... if you want , check my Tip page on hotels and accomodation on my São Paulo page..... but only if you're interested..... People usually spend the whole day in the beach. We eat, play, swim, sun bathe, nap, until the sun goes down...
Also known as "Galeria do Rock", even though you can't find it written anywhere, due to 3 floors dedicated to all sort of rock fans, but the main attraction here are the CD shops, all kinds of music: alternative rock, heavy-metal, hip-hop, rap, eletronic and rarities. You can also find vinyls, sound equipment and so on.
There are 2 entrances, one on Rua 24 de Maio, 62 and another on Avenida Sao Joao at number 439 Rarities! It depends.

Graça Mineira (antigo Feitiço Mineiro)
This place boasts the cuisine of Minas Gerais (a neighboring state). The food is prepared home style and served without any pretensions. I loved everything I tried.
...you find the modern building of MASP (Museum of Arts of Sao Paulo). You will notice anyway.
During the entire year there is some exhibition there, so you will not lose time... do not miss it.
Curiously I lived in Sao Paulo for three years and I only visit this museum during one of my weekend trips to visit friends.
