Not a good experience the first time we went to Fortaleza. This hotel is located right at the end of the beach opposite the fish market. A very local part of town but not very pretty. The apartment was old and the conditions poor. for the price there is better quality further along the beach. For business travellers there are plenty of options inlcuding the excellent Seara Praia Hotel
