This was a REALLY nice 5* resort, the problem being of course that if you are away all day at the Falls, what's the need in staying at a resort? I'd only recommend this place if you are staying for an extended visit so that you can actually enjoy some of the amenities here.
The grounds are vast, there are several swimming pools, a fishing pond, soccer (football) field, tennis, exercise equipment for guests to use. There are also spa services for an extra fee. Since we were gone for the entire day, we didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities so it was a bit of a waste for us to stay there.
The rooms are very nice, comfortable bed, hot water, hair dryer, minibar. There are robes and slippers, just be aware that if you use the slippers you will be charged for them.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful in everything from how to get the bus to calling ahead for reservations for dinner and helping us decide the best way to get to the Falls. I'd give the hotel staff an A+
The hotel has a tourist office with "guides" on call that take you to the Falls and other attractions, but all it ended up being was a taxi service as the"guide" didn't accompany us inside the Falls so it seemed to be a bit expensive. But it was incredibly convenient, our driver was ready to go about 15 minutes after we requested him.
The Resort is right on the bus line that gets you either to the National Park or to town so it was very convenient to get around inexpensively. It was about $8US one way via taxi into town if you want to eat outside the resort.
