SugarCane hostel: Pipa's Surf Camp!!

i loved it!

I stayed here while taking part in their 3 day surfing course, and i loved every second of it!

Met some fantastic people from all over the world, all the guests were so friendly. The hostel had a really sociable, homely atmosphere and I felt really comfortable here - didn't want to leave in the end!!!

Breakfast was included in the price and I found it to be good, the staff were always happy to help as well which was nice. They always answered any questions about the area and were eager to please.

Opinion of Price: less expensive than average

Village Dunas Resort: Rustic chic!

I had a fantastic time there, between the sun and caipirinhas!
The hotel is recent and rooms have cool and clean style. The social area is very pleasant. It’s a very good place to rest.

Unique Quality: Superior rooms are big an have a superb view over the ocean and, if you don’t mind stares, direct access to the beach.

Pousada da Bárbara: Pousada da Bárbara

Lovely little pousada right by the beach in Pipa. Run by a german woman who really looked after us during our stay. Great, all-you-can-eat breakfasts, nice pool, attentive staff and prime location.

It could be a bit of a slog up the hill to the town in the daytime heat though. But what do you need to go to town in the daytime for? (I asked myself when I got there...)

Ponto do Madeiro: A little corner of paradise

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful setting with pleasant rooms and very friendly staff.

Unique Quality: Surrounded by lush vegetation and the sea views are magnificent. Walk on the beach and watch the dolphins at play.

Morada dos Ventos: Home from home

Excellent find, beautiful little guest house just outside the hustle and bustle of Pipa main street, but near enough to walk. Your hosts are Archie from Scotland and his wife Tania from Brazil who will make you feel right at home and can't do enough for you. This guesthouse consists of 4 spotlessly clean en-suite chalets and the best breakfasts imaginable dleivered to your veranda upon waking!! Plus a swimming pool and their own in-house chameleon!

Unique Quality: Friendliness and helpfulness second to none.

Hotel da Pipa: Incredible view

This is a beautiful little hotel. It is sizeable by Pipa's standards. It overlooks Love Beach. If you can afford it, be sure to book one of the oceanfront rooms. The view is amazing and it is worth the extra money. The other rooms aren't very special. The staff was very friendly.

Unique Quality: The hotel sits atop the cliffs that overlook Love Beach, and the photos on the hotel's website are an accurate reflection of what the pool and oceanfront rooms look like. The hotel has an incredibly steep staircase that goes down to Love Beach, supposedly one of the best surfing locations in northern Brazil. There are a couple of friendly little beach bars set against the cliffs, and they serve cheap drinks under umbrellas. We spent most of our days at Pipa dozing on this beach. It doesn't get crowded. When we were there (12/2004) they only took Mastercard and cash- this necessitated a long hike to the nearest cash machine on the morning we were checking out.

" POMAR DA PIPA " INN

A couple of friends from Rio spent their honeymoon in Pipa,and they recomended us this Inn..
Well,we took it seriously,if they spent a honeymoon here,it have to be a great place!?
And..it was much more than great!!
I enjoy every single moment in this place,the owners and staff were the most warming people I ever met in a hotel,they made all what was possible,and impossible, for us to enjoy,not to get lost,eat in the best places,go to the hotspots night clubs,have the best trips around,breakfast was a new experience of delicatesses every morning,a wonderful reason to wake up in time ( even before time..).

Unique Quality: It's located a few meters from the city center,and surrounded by a big garden,with flowers and orchids,trees,a mini zoo with monkeys.
200 meters from the beach,they also provided us the translation from/to Pipa to/from Natal's airport.
I really truly recomend from all my heart!!!!
At Pipa village,going down by the main street,turn right at the oposite way of the down slope,at the corner of the central square of Pipa.
Go ahead and then 50mts after the " Arnold's Gym Academy,you'll arrive at the Inn.
