The real conditions of the hotel and the room do not correspond to what described on internet AT ALL.

The bathroom is dirty, the safe is just 30wx25hx15 cm!!!

As soon as we entered the room, we asked the reception to clean the shower because there was a dead bug in it and they did not care.The wc flush is insufficient.

The breakfast is poor (we found some hair in the food that the manager removed silently); the staff is non-cooperative and the manager to whom I kindly asked to break the contract (that entailed the full payment for the total period) just refused.

The three stars are purely fictitious.

They charged me 726 BRL/day +10% which is ridiculous for such a place!!! Atlantico Resort in Buzios (a really 4*+ hotel!! is cheaper); similar hotels charge almost half the price.

In the room there is no place where to put your clothes except a shelf and bar for hangers.

The swimming pool is small and almost always dirty, maybe due to insufficient or non-existent filtering.

The room is small and humble.

At a price under 100$ maybe it can be convenient, provided you are aware of the place where you are. They charged me almost 410$/day !!!! (26/12/09-2/1/10)
