I have choosen hotels near of Copacabana, because this is one of the
famoust beaches and because from there it is more easy to reach other
places inside the city, by bus (in front of Av. Atlantica right at Copacabana a
lot of buses are passing) or by metro which is more safe than buses and
airconditioned.
Okay, so let's start with the first recommendation:

This hotel is 100 metres from Copacabana beach away and next to the
Metro-station "Cardeal Arcoverde", the only one in Copacabana district.
A standard room for 2 persons was about 160 Reais/night/room a couple of weeks
ago, ...now they seem to changed the prices, but can't find them at the page, but I will find out by E Mail and soon write down here the actual ones!
