Another Hostel at Copacabana
Recently I found another option for backpacker's or budget-tourists to stay near of Copacabana, the name of it is:

Unique Quality: The hostel offers 50 beds and is located in a safe area within a 2 minutes walk from
Copacabana beach. Everyday the hostel is cleaned and you will receive bed sheets and a towel. It has all the store and laundry facilities just around the corner.
The reception is open 24 hrs a day so you can enter or check in the hostel whenever you want to. They offer beds for R$ 30 a night between October-March and R$ 25 a night between April-September. During Carnival prices are R$ 100 per bed per night.
The hostel is a three-story building and the separate floors are divided in the following order:
First floor: outside patio, relaxed living room, reception, big kitchen, big dining room, internet room, 4 bed dormitory and a bathroom with showers and toilet.
Second floor: consists out of several dormitories of 6 and 8 beds and a big bathroom with several showers and toilets.
Third floor: third floor consists out of several 2 bed bedrooms , a 4 bed dormitory, a big bathroom with several showers and toilets and a small living.
