Considering the Portogalo Suite Hotel in Rio de Janeiro?

When I was in Rio I experienced problems locating banks that were part of the Plus bank network. I did not experience this in any other country in South America and for that matter in any other Brazilian cities as well. Banco du Brazil was the only bank that consistently had the Plus symbol on its machines. If you are going to Rio be sure to bring a couple of different types of plastic on a couple different networks to make it easier to access you funds.
