Great location!

I had my own room with a very large balcony facing the street. The room was very clean and it also included an ensuite.

Although some mornings I was awakened by the renovations as the hostel was not 100% completed when I was there, I would safely say that the hostel should be 100% ready now!

Upstairs there's a huge terrace with a spa. The hosts regularly hosts a BBQ and Brazilian dancers. I found the atmopshere quite nice and the staff very helpful, especially Piedro!

The Copacabana Beach is only a 5 minute walk, and the staff at the store next door are very helpful... I learnt one or two new Portuguese words daily and they were quite impressed! Cheap Brazilian-style food, drinks and beer are all available at the store in the corner.

Unique Quality: Old building beautifully renovated and not one of those typical high-rises which are all over the Copacabana. It's also in the northen part of Copacabana which I hear is the better neighbourhood.
