We stayed there 2 nights. Confortable and a very good restaurant where you can eat many fine dishes .
The bar is very large and the sight over the bay superb.

Best Hotel in Puerto Natales
By far the best hotel in the city. The service is good with some English spoken. The suite, although not overly large ,was very comfortable. Mine with a balcony overlooking the Última Esperanza fjord. more of a mini suite with sofa and nice sized bath, everything you need. this hotel would be my choice if i returned. i saw some of the others listed on this site as well as trip advisor and this looked to be the most comfortable, well run, and clean hotel.
Unique Quality: The property is new and modern, with stone-like tile floors in the lobby with full windowed walls looking out to the Última Esperanza fjord. Very comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs so you can enjoy the views from the public rooms. The food was good with formal-like setting with prices to match.
