Los Navegantes Hotel Punta Arenas

Well it is no 4 Seasons but nice clean place at the bottom of the world with nice people and good food. Close to the center of town is another key. A few years ago the hotel renovated all of its rooms with fresh curtains and paint.

Unique Quality: a bit cheaper than the Hotel Finis Terrae . A few years ago the hotel renovated all of its rooms with fresh curtains, paint, and bright yellow wallpaper, but they are still rather nondescript. Even the restaurant was revitalized, in a Tuscan motif with mustard-colored walls and spiraling iron chandeliers. The bathrooms are a bit cramped, but they've been kept sparkling clean. The hotel is located downtown, and rooms come with a view of the city or a bland interior view, but they are the same price. The Los Navegantes isn't as cozy as the Finis Terrae, due to its stark hallways and fluorescent-lit lobby, but the rooms are fine, and the old-fashioned, low-lit bar with leather banquettes provides a comfortable place to sink into with an evening drink. Professional service and airport transfers round out this hotel.
