Contacted manager via e-mail two months before and sent him 25% of total payment (Western Union). Good value considering to be next to downtown. First disappointment: the address was not correct. We had to walk two blocks carrying all our luggage to another building of apartments an wait about forty minutes before the manager appeared. (OK, we arrived before check in time but weprecisely wrote our arrival time in the emails) He didn't know or had something written, about our arrival (luckily we had printed emails and the Western Union receipt). The apartment, small and cozy had everything except towells, cable TV and wifi (as offered or supposed to be included) Towells were given two days later and never changed. Cable TV and wifi never available although the manager pretended to exist. The manager could only be contacted by phone and was always late for something else. We considered moving to another place but full payment had already been done at arrival and of course we had other activities planned in Santiago before arguing with the manager. Had the return flight at 9 pm (9 hours after checkout) and there was no locker or place to leave safely our luggage, so we had to spend all that time at Santiago's airport.

Unique Quality: Twenty something level building with apartments partly sold and some rented. Pool and well equipped gym. Noisy surround (car traffic). Good view of the city and mountains as far as heavy city smog allows
