Nice hotel. We were a group of three adults. We stayed at this hotel in December 2006, just after Christmas. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom unit on the 4th floor. The apartment also has a living room, small dining area, kitchen, storage closets, and a balcony with table and chairs.
The cost was $105USD/night. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The hotel is three blocks away from Tabalaba Metro Station and Providencia Avenue where there are many shops, restaurants and other services. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and always professional.
The only downside was that there were only two air conditioners in the aparment...one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Since Santiago was experiencing a heat wave, having cool air was essential. We had to keep the bedroom doors open so that the person sleeping in the 2nd bedroom would be comfortable. Apart from this...the hotel is a gem. I would stay here again on my next visit to Santiago.
