Can you make some good hotel recommendations for well priced hotels in Providencia, La Reina, Las Condes and Bellavista please? I'm especially interested in Bellavista. Also I would like to know about some good tour operators in Santiago offering transport, wine tasting and other activities. Thank you.

No hotels in La Reina, it is purely residential. If you are especially interested in Bellavista, there aren't that many hotels but there is an aparthotel, the Monteverde. It has a small kitchen which is nice. You'll have to bring earplugs if you are there on a weekend though! Then there is the Hotel del Patio, which backs onto the Patio Bellavista. Those are both in the heart of Bellavista.
ChileAbout does good small tours and Turistour does larger ones. Both are reliable.
