Financial district ease
Very good service and nice location. There are many restaurants in the area and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I didn't spend too much time in the hotel itself, but was very impressed at the room size and cleanliness.
If a good gym is important to you, this is not the place. The low ceilings and small room turn it into a sauna very quickly.
I was with a study group with the price of the stay as part of my tuition, so I can't give feedback on the prices.
Unique Quality: It's a new building in the middle of a financial district, so there is nothing charming or quaint. However everything you could need is there.

Perfect
I can highly recommend the Plaza el Bosque Park & Suites Ebro 2828 5 Star (not to be mistaken for the Plaza el Bosque Suites located San Sebastian 2800, a more basic hotel).
The staff (front desk, room service, restaurant) is very cordial and professional. All rooms are beautiful furnished suites (I guess ca 60 sqm) with every amenity you can think. Living room, bedroom, bathroom, all of them really spacious and there's even a fully equipped kitchenette.
Unique Quality: On 17th floor there's a bar/restaurant (in summertime the breakfast is served in this place), also an open terrace and a small pool, wonderful panoramic view over the city and to the mountains.

Nice hotel in great location
Nice hotel in a very good area of Santiago. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly. Stay includes breakfast that had the usual variety. There are a lot of restaurants and bars all in short walking distance, and the metro stop is also a few minutes walk too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
