The Brighton B&B on Cerro Concepcion, next to the Paseo Atkinson is a beautiful Valparaiso house that has been restored to become a B&B. It has an amazing view of the city, and I've been told that it's restaurant is quite good. Anyhow, just sitting on their terrace with a beer makes you feel you're in Valparaiso. No doubt about it.
