This is a beautiful hotel located in a lovely neighborhood in the old town, just inside the city wall. It has a gorgeous courtyard filled with flowers, which is where you eat breakfast. The rooms are huge and have far more character than the much-hyped, overcrowded Sofitel Santa Clara (which I also visited). There is a good-size pool on the roof--a MUST, for the view--here I am enjoying drinks up there.
