Highly recommended alternative
This is a high-quality option for people who want some space and comfort without the fuss and formality at the hotels. You essentially get a nice little apartment (we had a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom) with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, parking, and Internet access. It was very clean and well-run. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and does not have many attractions of its own, but it's a great option if you have other means of getting around. I've stayed there twice and would go back again.
Unique Quality: The apartments have a little fireplace if you want to spend a cozy evening inside. But you'll have to get your own supplies to use it!
