I had the misfortune of staying there while parts of the building were undergoing massive renovation. The whole building reeked of paint/chemicals and each day the fumes would start anew. The room was adequate but nothing special. The location is pretty good, however, and within walking distance of several attractions and shopping areas. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and a bit desolate later at night as there isn't any nightlife right there. By default the building provides the most expensive taxis in town; if you don't want to pay double, you're better off hailing your own on the street. Overall this hotel wasn't worth it to me, but maybe after the renovations it would be different.
A complete breakfast was included. There is a nice gym/pool area on the top floor. Room had a CD player for music. They have a computer room and a limited-service travel agency on site.
