It's Harry Sasson.

Bogotá’s most famous museum...

Bogotá’s most famous museum is the Museo del Oro, the biggest gold museum in Latin America. The museum is an important repository of pre-Colombian goldwork that offers more than 33000 objects, which reflect the artistry and richness of the Indian societies that flourished in the country before the arrival of the Spaniards. Colombian Indian cultures produced the finest gold work in the Americas. The legend of El Dorado has its origins in central Colombia.
On the way from Zipaquira

Daniel took a different route while coming back so that I could see more of the countryside. There we came across the place where we could see the hill-top where we had hour horseriding and the artificial lake what we did not see clearly. Don't have a picture of sunset by the lake unfortunately.
Car
by acemj
If you're lucky enough to have a local friend in Bogota like I did, you might get to experience driving or at least riding around in a car that you're not paying for! Amy was kind enough to pick us up in her new car and take us up to Montserrate and around town as well. Parking in La Candelaria is possible on the street or, preferably, in a more secure lot such as the one pictured here. It's not very expensive and the lots are enclosed and their is an attendant, so your car and possessions inside will be safer.
Don't miss walking at night
by JuanGaitan about @ Parque 93
At the 93rd park you can find great variety of restaurants, caffes, pubs and discos.
Excellent servcies, with an excellent location around a beautifull small park.
If you rent a car you can find easily a place to park it without any risk, or you can stay in a hotel nearby so you can go back walking.
