Bogota Hotel
Hotel Excelsior is located walking distance from the main nightlife and restuarants (cerca calle 14). The price is about US$ 60 per night and includes a complete breakfast. I found the hotel to be well-located, and the rooms themselves were very large with both a bedroom and living room making it ideal if two people were traveling together. Staff was helpful as well and they had a 24-hour secuirty present at all times.
