The San Andres Archipielago is located in the caribbean sea, northeast of the Colombia main land.
Is made up of San NAdres, Provindence, Santa Catalina Roncador, Easy Cay, Serrana, Serranilla, Quita sueno, in 2000 UNESCO declare this archipielago as sea Flower Biosphere reserve.
The climate is stable all year, around 27C, with breezesblow throughout the year.

i have never been to san andres so im curious to know how much it cost and how long it takes to get certified ?
Do not get certified on vacation. Its dangerous and time consuming. Get certified at home, it takes as little as 2 weeks. But it is expensive. Expect to pay at minimum $300 USD plus equipment rentals. If you wish to buy your basic equipment, such as your regulator (the breathing apparatus), which I highly recommend that you purchase, rather than rent, expect to pay at minimum $250 for the reg and easily $1000 for the rest of the equipment.
diving is an expensive hobby, but very very well worth it. Its also dangerous, so dont cut corners. You dont just risk injury, you risk death.
