The first time I came to el Oriente I was around 12 years old. I came with my family on an invitation from a friend who worked here. It was such an experience that I always wished to return. We went On a canoe across the river full of piranha. We met with local Shaman and met several local indians. It was something out of this world. It was a wonderful adventure.

I was expecting a little more from Tena but what can you do. If you want to get more of the Jungle experience you have to venture further into the jungle.
