I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids because there is so much for them to do and it's in a nice, clean and safe part of town with a SPECTACULAR view.
This place has an incredible view, nice pool and spa, and fairly reliable wireless internet access.
This hotel is the worst in South America. The staff is rude, arrogant and cheated us. We were mis-charged and discovered the mistake after we'd checked out. We were back within the hour and the staff refused to correct the error. They actually laughed in our faces. The lobby is beautiful but inside the hotel rooms are shabby. Some of the hotel appears to be remodeled, other parts are not. Whether or not you get a newly redone room does not appear to be related to how much you pay. It seems to be related to how the front desk staff size you up.
Great breakfast with a wonderful view. But not worth the shabby rooms. This place needs a lightbulb salesman to come by and take a big order. There is a very cheesy disco on the premises, too. You can feel the vibrations from the music well into the morning hours. Not a good place to go with children.
