Full Service Hotel
The Oro Verde is probably the most 'Equipped' hotel in all of Cuenca. Though it is on the outskirts of town, cheap taxis make it easy to get in, and the comfort of the hotel might be a must to some people.
I have never stayed at the hotel, but do know many people who have and have been very happy with it.
