Hotel Hilton Colon Guayaquil
by LisalaAs I was really satisfied on my first stay, I made a reservation for a day-room for one week later to bridge the stopover between the flights from Galapagos and to Europe. I made that reservation personally (!) at the reception.
So when I arrived one week later, first the promised airport-shuttle wasn’t there and when I took a taxi to the Hilton, they told me they can’t find any reservation. Also they told me wrong facts about the shuttle back to the airport and all these circumstances reduced my stay from 6 hours to 3 hours.
For this 3 hours they charged me 167 Euros.
Definitely my last stay at the Hilton. Worldwide.
Big nice rooms, good restaurants, rather good spa, a really beautiful and convenient bar.
