The Lap of Luxury
We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff of the Oro Verde exceeded our expectations. The staff was very cordial and attentive, anticipating our every need. We would like to especially thank Luis S. for a job well done! He made sure we had an English newspaper every morning and made arrangements for us even when he was off duty. This even included 24 hour escort service. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Unique Quality: The dining room ambience was excellent and the fitness center services were superb (Try the thermal stone massage!)

A bit of Luxuory
This was a lovely place for us to spend our last few days in Ecuador . The rooms were beautiful and the staff excellent. We loved the bar with its deep leather couches. A wonderful spot to relax and have an evening drink. Maybe because we had been roughing it ...the Amazon Lodge and 7 nights in the Galapagos...but we really enjoyed this hotel.

Amazing Just Endulge !
Completely above what expected ! Amazing Hotel, Hotels that think they are 5* pay attention.
Unique Quality: English in Ecuador is still very hard to come by, as tourism is relativly unknown ! This hotels staff where not only some of the kindest and most helpful I have met but always attempted to speak english to me.

Guayaquil's best hotel
This hotel has an excellent location and the Swiss that manage the hotel had done a terrific Job, everything is outstanding, the rooms are spotless, and the customer care unbelievable.
Unique Quality: The Five Restaurants that the hotel have are terrific, we loved the Patio, and the Gourmet their food is excellent.
