San Bernardino

San Bernardino is the weekend retreat for the (more affluent) people of Asuncion. It is located on the Lago Ypacarai, whose waters are not particularly inviting. It is a bit upscale for Paraguyan standards, and It was not particularly impressed. Then again, it was the end of season when I visited San Bernardino.
