Great value

This place hits the sweet spot for me. I am a fan of simple but very clean places. This place definitely delivered for me. I stayed in a double room with a private bath (Room 5). Like I said it was very clean. The bathroom had consistently hot water in the shower and sink. They supply towels, but no soap. The room has full cable TV (it even has an adult channel included). The location is great as it is literally a 5 minute walk downhill to the Plaza de Armas and all the other major sites in the city center.

Most of the rooms are shared bath I believe. I checked out the public baths and they seemed to be very clean also.

I paid S./ 50 per night for the double room with private bath.

quiet getaway in the heart of the city

It was the off season so I had my pick of rooms and actually found a cheaper place next to this place but the desk people here were very helpful, spoke English well and the rooms were spotless.

Unique Quality: Not only were the rooms spotless, but the place itself just had a dignified though comfortable air. The courtyard was a real oasis right in the middle of the city and the views from the balacony just magnificent in the early morning.

A: "There are no direct flights Arequipa-Tacna. The only way to fly Arequipa-Tacna is with LAN Perú via Lima but at a price."
