Casa Andina.

I slept here during my visit to the Colca Canyon, it was included in my three days tour. A very good hotel, with a friendly staff, and a nice restaurant. Very close to the main square.

Estrella de David: Cheap, relaxed

In Chivay we've stayed in hostal estrella de David. The place was very cheap (it was the off-season, could be a reason for the cheap price).
The people were very nice.

Colca Inn: Good value;

I stayed here during my tour to the Colca Valley. The place was clean, with private bath with reliable hot water. They supply soap and towels. They offer a free contentental breakfast and there is a TV room and pool table on the lobby level. I can't give details as to price, but it shouldn't be more than $20-25 for a double room.
