HOTEL PLAZA: CAJAMARCA
PROS:
- Right at the Plaza de Armas, convenient to many travel agencies nearby
CONS:
- Rooms are around an old colonial building with wooden floorboards
- Rooms are very stuffy
- Toilets and showers are not very well-maintained
