Estrella del Sur: Nice location, Basic
We were hasseled off the street by the owner's daughter with the offer of 15 soles a night. It's a bit oddly made but the rooms are spacious and there's internet and breakfast in the morning. They will probably try to push you into buying a flight over the Lines of Nasca from them, but they'll have jacked the price way up and you're better off going directly to the Airport and haggling there.
