Hotel Miami: Traveler's Inn
We weren't looking for a resort, and this certainly wasn't one, but compared to the dive we stayed at the night before in El Sombrero, Hotel Miami was real luxury. Everything worked and it had a/c. There wasn't a view out the room to the river, unfortunately, but it's well located and priced right.
