Bad experience
Elevator does not work!I I had to walk down 4 flights of hot staff stairs to exit my floor. I was told repairs have been going on for past 2 months! Room card access key does not work either. It took forever to swipe it to get into my room. Very disappointed with stay.

Great Hotel in Valencia
I didn't actually stay in this hotel, but I did meet up with friends here on 2 seperate occasions. The place is extremely well kept up, and the grounds of the hotel are deluxe. Great pool area, and the staff was very helpful. At one point, I needed a taxi from Valencia to Caracas, and the hotel staff helped be find a ride, even though I wasn't staying at the hotel. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I had to stay in a hotel in Valencia.
