    Only Rooftop Revolving Restaurant in Venezuela

    We didn't stay here, but ate at the restaurant, which revolves so that anyone can have a great view of Lake Maracaibo. Some consider this the best location in town, but reviews rate it only a two or three star hotel. The landscaping is pretty barren right around the buildings. Prices start at $111- per night. There's also a swimming pool and full compliment of other services.
