Ekeren lies north of Antwerp and is not really a touristic place but when you happen to be in the neighbourhood and you enjoy walking in nature, than 'Oude Landen' is the place to go.

Another lovely place is hidden between the harbour and the highway. I've just discovered it after 36 years living almost next to it. Shame on me!
