After nine months of anticipation we finally made it to Sardegna -
a place that we had not really thought about much or considered as a travel destination, but one of those budget airlines made it possible for us!
In February 2007 we left rainy Stuttgart for 6 wonderful off-season days in Sardegna's South. It turned out to be the perfect vacation:
splendid weather, great sights to visit, almost no tourists and extremely wonderful people!. |

Centrally located, spacious with the kindest host you can imagine: Luca made this stay such a memorable one by really pampering us and giving us the best hints on what to do, where to go, what to eat and he gave us all the information that we asked him about! Without you, Luca, our stay would only have been half the fun, so MILLE GRAZIE again! |
We did explore much of the city - not always successful since opening hours were generally against us, but what we saw was fantastic!!! We also discovered some of the surrounding area, which includes wonderful beaches, salt lakes with flamingos, breathtaking coastline and spectacular archaeological sites.
