Stef reporter is french, and, consequently, is addicted to good cheese. We did notfind any good cheese in Ecuador, but here, in Cajamarca, the production of cheese i very developped. We even found swiss ementhal ! Nevertheless, the local cheese is a bit heavy... Stef reporter, en bonne francaise, aime le fromage. Y en avait pas beaucoup en Equateur, mais a Cajamarca, on a ete servi ! Y avait meme de l'ementhal suisse. Toutefois, le fromage local est un peu lourd..

The Procuradores street is filled up with restaurants and you'll be lucky if someone lets you choose (you will probably be assaulted by some young boys and girls praising the merits of this or that restaurant, even promising you 2 or 3 free drinks...). La rue Procuradores est pleine de restos et vous serez chanceux si on vous laisse choisir (vous serez probablement agresses par des jeunes garcons ou filles vantant les merites de tel ou tel resto et vous promettant meme 2 ou 3 verres gratos)
Favorite Dish: We loved the pizzas, the truits or the milanesa... But the choice is wider... On a aime leurs pizzas, leurs truites ou leur milanesa... Mais le choix est bien plus large

You wanted it, but knew that it was hard to find in Peru ? This is the place where you will find "croissants" or really great bread... Enjoy... Vous en vouliez, mais vous saviez que ce serait dur a trouver au Perou ? Eh bien, c'est ici que vous trouverez des croissants... Sans parler du pain... Lachez-vous...
Favorite Dish: Croissants, the expresso, and, let's say... mmmm.... the lemon pie ? Les croissants, l'expresso et disons... mmm... la tarte au citron ?

If you have to choose a restaurant in the Procuradores Street, I just let you know that this one was kinda great... Si vous devez choisir un resto dans la rue Procuradores, je vous fais juste savoir que celui-la est pas mal du tout...
Favorite Dish: 10 pesos (3 USD) for the menu turistico... What a "pan al ajo" !!! 10 pesos (3 USD) pour le menu turistico... Et quel "pan al ajo" !!!

A very nice place with smooth prices and very large meals ! Un endroit sympa avec des prix doux et des plats copieux !
Favorite Dish: Order the "oferta del dia" : you won't regret it (nor the price) Demandeez l'oferta del dia : vous ne le regretterez pas, votre porte-monnaie non plus !!

The owner is really nice, his restaurant is beautiful and the food is really OK... Le proprio est tres sympa, le restaurant est tres joli et les plats sont succulents...
Favorite Dish: You may have a menu for 15 soles (5 USD). It's enough food... Vous pouvez avoir un menu pour 15 soles (5 USD)... C'est amplement suffisant...
