The capital The first time I visited Al Riyadh(called Arriyadh in the Saudi accent)
back in 1987 when my brother decided to marry a girl from Riyadh.
We(my family and I stayed there for five days),I spent most of my time with my sister in law`s family,she have so many sisters and cousins who are about my age(I was 14 then).
Then kept visitng it once in a while,but not too often,as my brother and his wife moved to Jiddah
And when I got married I visited it few times as a transit spot to other destinations.
best time to visit Riyadh is in the the
winter,because the summer could be very hot. |

hey, I never knew you had two brothers in riyadh :) so you must be quite a frequent visitor to this part of the kingdom, why the govt. is not improving the jeddah airport ? as this is where the tourism is because of Haj/Umrah. | Aurorae Sun Jul 13, 2003 15:48 UTC
