This two-storeys high shop serves goose meat, with a choice of either rice noodles or yellow noodles. It is the soup that gives a punch. The soup is rich in flavours and makes you wanna have a second serving. The price is fair too although it is famous in Hsimenting.

The deco of the restaurant is traditional chinese. Almost every dish that we tried is good. Plus, the service is also top-notch. However, be prepared to get a queue number and wait cause' there is always a crowd!

Favorite Dish: It has to be the steamed dumplings. Every one of these dumplings contains some excellent soup stock besides the meat filling. There is a special technique to eat them. First, put the dumpling onto your spoon. Second, bite a small hole on the skin and slurp up the soup. Lastly, dip your dumpling with any sauces you like to finish it. That's it!

P.S: The dumpling skin is very delicate. Handle with care! ^_^ Don't waste the soup...

What an informative, interesting, helpful page. Loved the restaurant tips, just outstanding. Good hotel tips, also. You have a nice writing style, and your photographs that accompany the commentary just add to the great experience of visiting your work.
