| New Orleans, Louisiana - Jackson Square at Night |
I'm always searching for something. As I get older I am realizing that it is pieces of me that I am looking for. Even in my travels and my longing to reach other ends of the world, I am realizing that through these experiences I am really trying to reach hidden parts of myself. I want to grow and live and experience the world while I can and though it seems like I may never be fulfilled, I feel a piece of my soul and a piece of who I really am grows into fruition. It is all about experiencing life and experiencing yourself. Just live.

| | Where I call home I almost can't believe that I had lived in Boston, Massachusetts for almost 10 years. It had become my home and I do feel a great love for this city. It had seen me through my insanely crazy 20s and my many growing pains. For that I will be eternally grateful, but alas a change was well-overdue...
...so hello New York City!! After a year of struggling to survive I think I have finally started to find my niche :) It is true what they say: "If I can make it here, I'll make it anywhere!" ___________________________________________________________________ |
Where my heart calls home... My home away from home will always be New Orleans, Louisiana. I visited 5 times between 2001 and 2003, and have just returned from my 7th trip - my first Halloween there since Hurricane Katrina. I am constantly working on my New Orleans page, so please stop by and learn about the place I love so much :)
It is sometimes hard to believe that such an amazing and unique city exists in the United States. I dream of one day moving there - if not anytime soon, then perhaps to retire. It is such a gorgeous, distinctive and spiritual place. I try to return at least once a year to heal my soul in its beauty, allowing me to escape to another world. ___________________________________________________________________ | | | Oak Alley Plantation, Louisiana |

| | My Dreams... Russia Prague at Christmas Antarctica Trans-Siberian Railroad journey
Russia has been my dream for years. I told myself that I would do it by the time my 30th rolled around...and I DID!!! :) Moscow was more than I ever could have hoped it to be...it was like a dream. Antarctica and the Tran-Siberian Railroad will hopefully be done before my 35th and 40th birthdays.

| | "No Regrets..." "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover."
