Overlooking the majestic St. Lawrence River and the historic Plains of Abraham, and only one block from the Old Walled City. The building itself is a crime. Cannot be uglier!!. Inside, you have all the comforts and amenities of a first rate property. It has all the gimmicks of typical bussiness oriented hotels but in general I was quite pleased with the hotel and the service
