Unique Qualities: Three buildings make up this beautiful hotel and all three face the Bahia de Banderas. Velas Vallarta has excellent service at the pool, and has great restaurants and shops downstairs. Unlike other popular hotels, Velas Vallarta is authentically Mexican and isn't an international hotel chain. Velas Vallarta and its location in Marina Vallarta is incredibly safe. Not once did we feel any threat.
