Slovenia has a very good main network of super modern highways, and that's great. This is tiny Glen Quaich, an almost forgotten valley with a tiny winding road from The Sma' Glen to Loch Tay. Its the non-tourist alternative route, snow bound in winter and magestically wild in summer. Above these well farmed lower fields the road rises steeply to pass over wild heath land before decending like a rollar coaster down to Loch Tay.
