Doubara, is basicaly Chick-pea soupe, the Chick-pea is cooked separaly in the water, keep its water as a sauce, cut some fresh oignons, pepper, tomate, add some spicies, hot sauce(harissa) and olive oil and mix all this with the Chick-pea and its water. Usualy peope eat this in the morning and especialy when it's cold because it's hot and gives energy ;)

Mechoui is a commun food in Algerian restaurants, esepcialy in Bir El Ater because of the quality of the sheep meat which is one of the best in all Algeria.
whatever you eat Mechoui Lamb Skewers or lamb chops it's very declicious, usualy they offer you harissa (hot sauce) with olive oil to accompany the mechoui, you can also ask for ''mechouia salad' which is kind of salad made from cooked green pepper.
