 eternel2002 Says:  Doubara, is basicaly Chick-pea soupe, the Chick-pea is cooked separaly in the water, keep its water as a sauce, cut some fresh oignons, pepper, tomate, add some spicies, hot sauce(harissa) and olive oil and mix all this with the Chick-pea and its water. Usualy peope eat this...
