Local traditions and culture in Wilaya de Djelfa

There is not much traffic. A car or a truck from time to time. They are most of the time heavily loaded, though the police checks all vehicles that look overloaded. This one makes a sharp contrast with the flat landscape but I feel it is not overloaded, weight speaking, as it carries mattresses! However, the driver should take care of the wind!
