Make sure to dedicate enough time to visiting the Roman ruins. it's a vast area with lots of paths to take and interesting things to see, spectacular viewpoints and well preserved ruins.
Tipasa Off The Beaten Path
If you want, you can ride a camel in front of the Mausoleum of Mauretania. It was the first time I've seen a white camel!
Or, the Royal Mausoleum of Mauretania, is a pyramid not far from Tipasa, it's the tomb where the king of Mauretania Berber Juba II and queen Cleopatra Selene II are buried. It was built in 3 BC by king Juba II and his wife, he was the the last king of Mauretania and she was an Egyptian Greek Ptolemaic princess.
The view from up there is wonderful.
