You can savely use the blue-white cars, they are cheap and drive in random routes thru town to bring you where you and other passengers want to go. That's not so fast but a good way to feel Angolan life.

You can also use the motorcycles which go directly and fast (sometimes too fast) where you want to go. Of course they are more expensive.
