Wild & Blu Travel, Reefcomber and a few other Diving outfits in South africa will take you to Bassas da India they have 5 or six trip a season and they are very popular. Remote, almost submerged, atoll 10km in diameter. Superb scuba diving with some 32km of reef to choose from.
